Kontrapunkt Team under the management of Arch. Katarzyna
Florek has completed works over the new seat of the Provincial Fund for
Environmental Protection and Water Management in Lodz. The building was
designed in such a way that it will be very energy-efficient and the EP value
(yearly demand for renewable energy per surface unit of adjustable air
temperature) for heating and ventilation systems will be of 34.8 kWh/year. The
building was equipped with solar panels, low source of heat and photovoltaic
installations.
