Building "C" of the Warsaw School of Economics was completed at the intersection of Madalińskiego Street and Niepodległości Avenue in Warsaw. Its opening graced the centenary celebrations of this, the most prestigious Polish economics institution (the letter "C" in accordance with the Roman numeral system denotes "100"). The building is equipped with an ultramodern audiovisual system and has been connected to the other WSE buildings through a laser connection. Building "C" functions as the education and conference centre of the WSE. Beneath the building, it was possible to situate a multi-level automated parking facility. Capable of accommodating 118 automobiles, it is currently the largest of its kind in Poland. As a point of interest, it might be noted that the building has exactly the same height above ground as it has depth under ground (28 m).
The posted photographs show the facade as well as the interior of the building: the assembly hall, interpreter booths, corridors.
The building received the prestigious award of Building of the Year 2006, bestowed by the Polish Building Engineers and Technicians Association.
